As founder and director of Nandi School of Art in Montclair, New Jersey and creative director of River Springs Art Institute and Art Farm in Catskills, NY, he brought hundreds of people of all ages in touch with their creativity. Andrey has guided numerous workshops bringing together artists and musicians, dancers and filmmakers in exploratory celebrations of the creative spirit. Born and raised in Russia, Andrey is a prolific painter, poet and seeker, and has traveled and exhibited worldwide. Over the past two years he established an artistic base in Ovada, Italy where he now teaches and leads VistaNuova Art Retreats (vistanuova.com). Andrey and his wife Julia have three boisterous young children, who speak 3 different languages at home.
