PastelMat is a premium card surface developed by Clairefontaine in France, who have been making paper since 1858. This particular product is made especially for artists working in dry media such as pastels, coloured pencil, graphite and charcoal. Being water-resistant, it can also be used with watercolours and acrylics and various mixed media techniques.
