Speedball Fabric Block Printing Ink is an oil-based formula that cleans 
up easily with just soap & water.  It is permanent when dry.  It dries to the 
touch overnight and is great for prints on paper, cardstock, & board, as 
well as fabrics like cotton & polyester blends.  Your "wearable art" can be 
laundered after curing (for approximately 1 week).
